All bookings made through the A Perfect Space platform are bound by a Location Hire agreement that requires any reported damage to the property be remunerated within 30-days or an alternative timeframe as agreed to by yourself.

For further protection, proof of insurance for workers compensation and public liability is required for all bookings prior to the shoot.

This is additional to property insurance all owners must provide to list their property on the A Perfect Space platform.

Our hirers are charged a bond to cover any damages, during post inspection and pre inspection and damages will be noted and assessed at thie time.

It is important to note any damages during this inspection.
