Here at a perfect space we cater to a variety of locations, and will always be able to find the perfect space for you.

It is free to join the platform, free to search our database and create your own shortlists. You only pay a 20% location hire fee and a location management fee for the day(s) of the hire. Location scouting services are priced on application.

Searching for a space is a simple and straightforward process. By using our search engine and shortlisting tools you can find the best space for your upcoming project, whether you are looking for a specific room, house or location. We cater for both private, public and commercial spaces so if you cannot find what you are looking for you can send us your brief.

When you are happy with the space you can request to book using the 'Book a Recce', 'Get a Quote' or 'Brief Us' buttons on our home page, you can also email us via [email protected]. Once our team has confirmed your request we will send you a quote. Once your quote is signed and accepted you can complete payment via credit card or direct debt. For all bookings on the platform we require proof of your public liability insurance.

All bookings, quotes and invoices are managed on the platform by our team, and our managed via Stripe as our payment provider.
