Love to Share followed, a recipe sharing platform turned TV series that aired on Network 10 in 2012.
For the last 5 years, Kate has been leading the team at A Perfect Space. The business idea sprung to life during filming for Love to Share, when Kate endured on multiple occasions difficulties scouting a suitable location. Necessity is the mother of invention. A Perfect Space therefore, provides producers, photographers, location and events managers, the most efficient platform to source production ready locations, offering the largest variety of spaces to hire Australia wide.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
CEO, Cathy Thomas is a highly experienced C level executive with 20 years of expertise in senior leadership positions across large corporate teams, SME businesses and innovative start-ups.
Cathy’s vast industry experience in media and digital stems from her previous senior commercial and leadership roles in major media organisations and as the head of a digital agency. Cathy has an outstanding skill set that includes stakeholder management, digital transformation, leading innovation, delivering financial performance, developing broad client networks and establishing high performing and effective teams.
Since joining A Perfect Space, Cathy has successfully driven the growth of the company, established key client and supplier networks, launched a new technology platform, and tripled website traffic. Despite repeated lockdowns in the company’s key markets of Melbourne and Sydney, Cathy was still able to successfully grow the business. Cathy is immensely passionate about the potential for A Perfect Space to become the preeminent location scouting marketplace and is looking forward to an exciting future for the business.
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Melissa has had over 20 years in sales and marketing and StartUps. Working with clients across many industries, from retail and hospitality to design and media. She has owned and operated multiple successful StartUp businesses within Australia including Digital & Marketing agencies, E-commerce, Hospitality and Interior Design firms. Melissa has founded and built various brands, with a focus on implementing marketing strategies to grow and define each business. She possesses a wealth of industry knowledge in both design and E-commerce, demonstrating strong business acumen.
Managing teams of 25+ both local and internationally, building brands from scratch, Melissa has implemented and managed strict budgets, targets and corporate reporting. Having partnered with international investors and stakeholders, the Australian hotel sector and local, iconic brands, she has developed a strong network amongst the business community.
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Scott is a Marketing leader known for a data and insights led approach to delivering engaging customer first strategies via digital and traditional channels to drive commercial returns.
Extensive experience in Leading Marketing Digital Transformation projects to deliver commercial products across direct to customer service industries, B2B, NGO/NFP, Publishing/Broadcast along with the ways of working programs to ensure success.
Scott is a creative and strategic leader with an inclusive and collaborative approach with a knack for not only getting everyone on the bus but removing road blocks to allow creativity and simplicity to deliver both innovative and commercial outcomes.
Scott has created and driven change through mergers and acquisitions, structural change and agile adoption. With a belief that change is not only constant but essential for growth teamed with a relentless pursuit for a better way of doing things.
HEAD OF FINANCE
Hari Balasri has over 15 years of experience working in financial leadership roles within large corporations and SME’s. Hari has a proven track record helping businesses in process improvement, financial and strategic modelling and change management. Hari holds a B.Bus (Accounting), is a registered BAS Agent and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).
NATIONAL ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
With a degree in interior design and experience in sales, product development, curation and buying, Elyse gets excited to bring things to life and get things done.
Integral parts of her previous roles has been growing and nurturing client relationships and understanding their needs.. Elyse is a big people person and takes pride in the way she confidently works from a brief through to execution, whatever the job may be.
Most currently working at Catch.com.au in the retail buying team, her role was extremely multifaceted always challenged to supply the best product to the customer knowing what they will buy and why. She is mazed how the way in which things are presented can shift the way someone will purchase confidently and feel safe, even with something new.
HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY - CONSULTANT
Co-Founder & Head of Development & Implementation, Aerion Technologies. CTO, Shopfront, Australia's leading Pharmacy Marketing Saas solution.
Anthony is also an Ex Developer for Victorian Space Science Centre. Anthony is Head of co-founder and CTO of Aerion Technologies. Anthony contributes an ocean of knowledge with over 12 years of successful software development experience. In his role, Anthony helps clients in the realisation of tech ideas. He guides and overviews development and software creation.
Anthony graduated with honours in Computer Science from La Trobe University
SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT COORDINATOR
Emma is currently completing a Bachelor of Professional Communications at RMIT University, with a major in Public Relations and minor in Politics and Economies. She has had previous work experience across a variety of industries, including hospitality, retail, and administration roles, working towards set targets and providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Emma’s work aspirations moving forward with A Perfect Space are to coordinate digital marketing and social media strategies, and to further produce journalistic content.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & DIGITAL COORDINATOR
Enya is studying a double degree of a Bachelor of Media and Communication and a Bachelor of Design at Swinburne University. She has previously worked in a marketing sector as an Exhibition Promotional Representative and has consulted a wide range of clients through her hospitality and retail experience.

PROJECT DIRECTOR & SENIOR ENGINEER - AERION TECHNOLOGIES - CONSULTANT
Anil has over 12 years of software development experience working on various facets of Software development from Quality Assurance, Programming to Project Designing and Management. He also has extensive experience with Data having worked as Database administrator and also as a member of research team in Deep Learning at La Trobe University.
Anil has a Masters Degree in Information and Communication Technology from La Trobe University.

Charlyn is Ex National Account Manager & Project Manager, Intellipharm, Pharmaceutical Data Management & Software Development. Also worked as an Account Manager & Project Manager, The Cyber Institute - Part of Cutting Edge, Digital projects and E-learning.
Charlyn works closely with clients and technical teams to project manage and ensure that a high-quality product is delivered and meets expectations. She has over 18 years of experience working in a variety of industries from Australia to the UK.
Charlyn completed a Bachelor of Nursing at the Australian Catholic University but pursued different opportunities which led her to a career within technology.
