The location hire fee for any booking on a perfect space includes a dedicated Location Manager; this fee is included in your booking quote.

The Location Manager will be on site on the days of your booking to manage the following:

- Open and close pre and post production day.

- Complete a pre production insurance checklist with video to record any damages pre and post production and record additional overtime.

- Organise parking requirements and permits.

- Set up the locations for parking, hair and makeup, cover floors, move artworks and ornaments. Protection kits are used to setup the space for crews to access and minimise damages.

- Deal with any issues and questions that arise.

This helps to protect you and the property owner from any issues that might arise during the booking.
