Location Search - is FREE we do not charge file pull fees.
Location Scouting- if we don't have a location to meet your brief we will send out one of our team to find it; this is a free service.
Location Services- can be arranged with our partners agencies for an admin fee of 20%. Locations services include:
- Permits
- Traffic Management
- Hair & Makeup
- Wardrobe/ styling
- Equipment hire etc....

Fees & Charges

Location Day Rates: Full Day	APS charges 20% fee on all bookings Our location rates are fully transparent and published on our website on each listing page. Our 20% is built into the published rates. The only additional fee is a cleaning fee per shoot which varies depending on space size/ usage & crew sizes. Day rates are calculated as follows: 8 hours until 6pm including bump in and out/ cleaning crew size up to 10 people *We add additional loading for larger crews/ guests:* 25% for crews up to 25 50% 25-50 crew POA on any crews larger than 50
Half Day Rates	1/2 Day rate applies to 4 hour hire and is calculated at 70% or a full day rate.
Recce Fees	Standard FOC (up to 30 minutes) for first recce Tech $350 per location (up to 2.5 hours) sometimes this is built into the location fee; speak to your Account Manager to enquire on this.
++ Additional loadings, fees and charges	You can book any of the following services via your Account Manager: Location Manager setup bump in and out only and floor protections/ setup $850 flat fee. Location Manager Full day per 8 hours: charged at $1200 + GST per day and is sometimes built into the fee on our exclusive properties, as dictated to via our owners. Location Scout Per 8 hour booking: from $950 + GST per day, based on brief detailed via producer. Other location services such as permits, HMU, styling etc will be booked by your Account Manager based on a brief by brief basis.
Bonds	Each booking requires a *minimum* 30% bond. This varies depending on production type. The bond is held to cover incidental damages, any overtime charges, additional cleaning, rubbish removal and minor repairs. Successful handover by location owner or manager will release the bond balance within 14 days of production handover, unless otherwise notified.
Overtime	Overtime is calculated on all jobs + 8 hours per day and deducted from bond holds. The hourly rate is calculated by 8/ day-rate of the locations.
Payment Types	All bookings are charged 100% at time of booking via EFT. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is made.
Account Management	All HIRERS will be assigned an APS Account Manager that will be responsible for all enquiries and questions related to their production.
Cancellation Booking changes Rain Holds Cleaning Fees Other Location Services	100% of the fee is charged at time of booking to secure the production. Productions are only confirmed once current insurance certificates are uploaded to dashboards. Any last minute bookings (less than 72 hours may attract higher fees and charges) and must be paid up front. Location address will not be disclosed until the full payment is cleared. GST is charged on all FEES We accept rain movements/ weather holds and will work with all our producers to try and facilitate any unforeseen changes. Speak to your Account manager on any questions. Cancellation fees may be applied: 50% for any cancellations less than 7 days out from shoot. 100% for any cancellations 72 hours until shoot. Cancellation fees may vary from location to location. Cleaning fees are mandatory on all bookings and fees will vary by location depending on scale, size and usage.
