What is a description all about?

Your description is an insight into what your space offers to a producer who is looking for certain features. Producers always want to know key details like access, sound restrictions, scale and scope, natural lighting, areas and buildings and general features and highlights that will help showcase what the space offers.

Follow this simple guide that will help you create a stand out description; and don't worry, our curation team will review and help finesse your listing so your listing can be published.

Please note, for security purposes, we will never include the name of a house, should it have one.

Step -by -step guide to a great description:

Step 1- describe the overall type/ size/ type of property

Step 2- describe key features like, tennis court, large back yard, alfresco, double story

Step 3- what is your style, how is the lighting, is there parking and how large are the rooms, is there colour or chattels that are stand out?

Step 4- key configuration, rooms, spaces available for productions
