All bookings are not confirmed until payment is made, payments are due at time of booking.

The hirer must sign into our platform HERE create a profile and upload their insurance certificates prior to the production date

Owners are paid in week of production date therefore funds must be cleared two working days prior to production date.

APS 20% fee on all bookings is added to each invoice.

All jobs will be charged a minimum 30% bond unless otherwise agreed which is to be paid in full prior to production start date into a trust account. The bond will be returned within 14 days of a successful handover and rectification of any damages.

BONDS - all overtime will be deducted from bonds prior to payouts. A Perfect Space charges overtime on any hours or part thereof beyond the hours booked and agreed to. Any additional hours, as well as minor damages and rubbish removal of any kind is deducted from the bond.
