To get the most out of your listing, we recommend you include images of the following areas:

*Current images of the property are required. Photographs need to reflect how the property is currently styled with fixtures, furniture and furnishings.

Please note that not all images you submit will be published in your listing on our website. Selected images will be kept on your file for information purposes and will not be visible.

EXTERIOR IMAGES

EXTERIOR FRONT

  • Facades - wide shot from roadway/entrance showing access to your property from street view, alley view or front fence, pathway entrance.

  • Verandah, balcony, alfresco spaces

  • Front door

  • Driveway - angles, surface and scale.

  • Garage - exterior and interior

  • Parking access

  • Any issues with access, please make note - eg: four steps, narrow alleyway

EXTERIOR REAR

  • Grassed areas

  • Gardens

  • Foliage and Trees

  • Alfresco areas

  • Decks

  • Fire Pits

  • Water features

  • Fences

  • Roof - slope and type, colour

  • Solar panels - type and position

  • Kids - play equipment, cubby or play areas

  • Pool - fence, landscaping, equipment position

  • Tennis court

  • Additional buildings - Office, stables, shed

  • Pasture, orchard, veggie patch, small animals

INTERIOR IMAGES

All internal rooms and spaces are to be captured and the key is to show depth, scale and angles to allow hirers to consider crew sizes, multiple cameras etc.

  • Bedrooms - all bedrooms and include the scale, colours, style and the entranceway

  • Bathrooms - all bathrooms, ensuites, powder rooms, baths, showers and the lighting.

  • Entrances - hallway, foyer including depth, width and lighting

  • Kitchen - pantry, island bench, appliances, butlers pantry and the lighting.

  • Living spaces - angles and depth

  • Kids play areas and landing

  • Views - outlook, backdrops

  • Fireplaces - wood, gas or electric

  • Staircase

  • Windows

  • Basement
