It can be hard to know what day rate price to set for your location, so our team of experts are here to help guide you through this process. It is our aim to help maximise your opportunity to be hired whilst providing you with an optimal rate for your location based on a set of criteria.

Our extensive database of locations provides us with a strong indicator of comparable prices and we have a strong understanding of the industry factors that influence what our hirer community is likely to pay.

Some of the criteria we consider when setting the day rate for your location are as follows:

Scale &amp; size: properties that are expansive, have multiple views, and a range of available spaces for shoots in will attract a higher day rate.

Regional areas: these are generally priced lower despite properties often being larger as the travel times have a tendency to decrease demand.

Styling: properties that are well styled in preparation for shoots helps to increase day rate.

Access &amp; logistics: properties that have good access and other factors that improve logistics for a shoot will also improve what a hirer is willing to pay.

Special &amp; unique features: properties with special and unique features are also in demand as the hirers look for a point of interest and can attract a higher day rate.

The published day rate includes A Perfect Space 20% Fee 

The rate does not include cleaning - this is charged separately should you wish for us to have the property cleaned

The set rate is the standard day rate. Rates for bookings over longer durations can be negotiated based on increased usage

If a hirer is partially interested however the day rate is slightly to high we will ensure you are notified should you wish to adjust your price to fit the brief

Tech recces are charged to the hirer and are separate to the day rate cost.

- The minimum day rate is $1,800
- The published day rate includes A Perfect Space 20% Fee 
- The rate does not include cleaning - this is charged separately should you wish for us to have the property cleaned

2. $2,200
3. $2,400
4. $3,200
5. $4,500
6. POA: Extremely high end locations
