Great question! We changed the name on your property as we need it to be exclusive to A Perfect Space. We provide a unique custom name to every listing that is published. This ensures that if your location is viewed on our platform, booking enquiries are made directly with our team.

We do not publish listing addresses or original names featured on external websites (eg.AirBnB) as our team manage all enquiries and bookings end to end. To ensure a smooth process for our listers, we do not connect you directly with producers until we have an agreed brief and rate that you have approved.

The team can look into a name change only if the circumstances are extenuating. Names are applied to locations with our end user audience in mind (hirers) whilst also trying to be sensitive to the expectations of our listers (you).
