To create the best opportunity for your location to be shortlisted and booked, it is important to note that the key is a great gallery of professional or high quality images.
Much like an AirBnB or Booking.com, the best way for a hirer to find the perfect space for their shoot or production is to view a deep and rich gallery of great images.
Here is the minimum requirements we need to get you listed today -
STEP 1- You must supply professional or high quality images ONLY. See property examples HERE, HERE and HERE showing the level of quality that is required.
Current images of the property are required. Photographs need to reflect how the property is currently styled with fixtures, furniture and furnishings.
Don't be concerned if you don't have professional images; it is possible to create high quality photos with your smartphone. See guide HERE and view our Photoshoot Preparation Tips article before you get started.
STEP 2- The number of images is critical in saving our producers time when searching for a great space.
We need a minimum of 20 images with a preference for up to 30 to ensure we get enough information that showcases your space in the best light.
Please see our Photography Checklist for all the areas we need you to photograph and upload to your profile.
We also have an area in our platform to save additional images that are not to be published on our website. For example, a walk in robe, a pantry, garage interior, service spaces and the like. We hold these images to provide additional information to producers.
3) Floor-plans are required for every listing. If you have a floor-plan for your property, please include it with your images.
